OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2011. The appeal of electricity supplier, respectively, was not satisfied. "Kolenergosbyt" challenged the decision of the Arbitration court.

Thirteenth Arbitration Court of Appeal upheld the previous court's decision to recover from the Kolskaya Power Sales Company ("Kolenergosbyt") in favor of IDGC North-West  357 million rubles to pay for electricity transmission services.

The appeal of electricity supplier, respectively, was not satisfied. "Kolenergosbyt" challenged the decision of the Arbitration court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region from 13 September 2010, according to which a power sales company must pay 347 million rubles of the principal debt and 10 million penalties for electricity transmission services for the period May- August 2010.
