OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2011. Kyivstar once again headed sector rating TOP-100. The Best Companies of Ukraine Rating prepared by Ekonomika publishing house. Kyivstar is in the lead of tlecommunications sector due to average profitability ratio34.66% (for 2005—2009).

In rating TOP-100. The Most Efficient Companies of Ukraine efficiency was viewed as an integrated index including a capacity of the company to generate gain and income over long period while demonstrating high income and profitability increment. The rating was prepared for 25 sectors of Ukrainian economy. In total 600 Ukrainian companies were assessed.

According to experts who prepared the rating, success drivers of Kyivstar were the right market strategy, shareholder experience and powerful financial resources.

Please note that according to TOP-100. The Largest Companies of Ukraine, Kyivstar was recognized as the most profitable company in 2009. The company was included into TOP 10 of the best companies of Ukraine with net income of UAH 11 652.8 mln.
