OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2011. Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has approved the State investment program for 2011, financed mostly from the reserve fund of the president and national development budgetary fund. The president signed relevant ordinance #660.

It is planned to complete 313 facilities, under the program.

The list includes the construction of a second belt road around Minsk, reconstruction of Belarusfilm studio, winter sports center Raubichi and Students’ Village campus.
