OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2011. Belarus’ beer output increased 17.3% on the year in January-November 2010 to 36.4 million decaliters, the National Statistics Committee told.

In value terms, beer output totaled 811.4 billion Belarusian rubles (Br), up 22.4%.

In November, beer output rose 27.5% on the year to 2.8 million decaliters. In value terms, beer production increased 44.7% to 74 billion rubles.

Beer inventories were at 1.9 million decaliters as of December 1, 2010, 57.1% of the average monthly output, worth 54.1 billion rubles, 74.5% of the average monthly output.

Beer sales increased 23.1% on the year in January-November to 31.388 million decaliters.
