OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2011. The International Bank of Azerbaijan has announced the start of the campaign of discounts for bank cards since 27 December 2010. The campaign will last for one month.

IBA press service representative Rauf Aghayev says that the Bank had practiced before cuts in prices for some products and services, including bank cards.

"The main difference of the current program is that it also covers premium types of cards (Gold and Platinum), and the size of discounts ranges from 50% to 80%,” R.Aghayev said.

For example, if usual cost of Visa Classic with validity of three years would amount to 112 manats, now within the campaign its cost is 40 manats; or if usual cost of Platinum Card with one-year term is 100 manats, now within the campaign it will cost 30 manats. Besides, the customer does not need to pay an initial fee for card registration during the campaign.

"The IBA cardholders can enjoy dozens of services provided free of charge via Internet Banking, cash machines and information kiosks. The IBA also offers Mobile Bank system for its customers,” R.Aghayev said.
