OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2011. In December 2010, Livnynasos JSC, a subsidiary of HMS Group, announced completion of a new 37500 sq ft shop floor, where company has already started connecting internal utilities. This construction project is a part of HMS Group plant modernization and upgrade program commenced in late 2009. Livnynasos JSC produces ECV-type submersible centrifugal pumps and is a member of HMS Group since 2005.

The integrated plant upgrade program includes construction of additional technology and production facilities, overhaul of existing shop floors, replacement of outdated equipment, transition to CNC tools and installation of a new assembly conveyor.

In 2011, the company plans to move production to new shop floors, install state-of-the-art machine tools, launch a new testing facility with computerized data processing and launch the new assembly conveyor. Plant upgrade project is scheduled for completion in 2013.

This project will increase ECV well pump assembly, painting, drying, testing and packing facility throughput by 50%.

HMS Group will invest some €7 million in this project, ultimately increasing Livnynasos JSC production capacity, expanding its product assortment, improving productivity and reducing materials consumption.
