OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2011. In accordance with ROSNO management order, Mr. Riat Biktashev has been appointed to the position of director of Ural-ROSNO branch.

Mr. Riat A. Biktashev was born on 17 September 1973 in Ufa.

In 1995, he graduated from the Ufa State Aviation University.

Mr. Riat Biktashev started his career in 1994 as insurance agent in an Ufa-based company. In 17 years of his work in finance and insurance, he completed all career stages in various regional, federal and foreign companies, starting as agent and ultimately becoming a branch director. He has succeeded in a greenfield launch and reorganization of territorial offices of such financial institutions as CJSC Reiffeisenbank and OJSC Baltinvestbank.

In his position as director of Ural-ROSNO branch, Mr. Riat Biktashev will be in charge for formulation of the company’s business development strategy in Bashkortostan and for general administration of the branch, regional agencies, and sales points.
