OREANDA-NEWS. January 13, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) has considered a petition of “Razgulyai” Grain Company” CJSC (location: 8B, Dzerzhinsky St., Korolyov, the Moscow Region, 141075; main activities – managing subsidiaries and affiliates) on acquiring 50% of the authorized capital of в “Kuban’ris” Ltd. (location: 60, Tsentralnaya St., Poltavskaya village, Krasnoarmeisky District, the Krasnodar region, 353800; main activities – production and processing of food and non-food products, including agricultural products and their after-processing products), which together with the shares already possessed by the buyer would put in the buyer’s possession 100% of the company’s authorized capital.

In order to additionally examine the petition and obtain additional information necessary to reach a decision and governed by Clause 2 Part 2 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, the Federal Antimonopoly Service extended the period for petition consideration for two months.
