OREANDA-NEWS. January 12, 2011. The official presentation of the December issue of the "Insurance TOP" magazine has been conducted in Kyiv. The financial results of the insurance companies for the 9 months of 2010 were published in this most respected insurance rating of the all-Ukrainian Research Institute for the Rights and Economic Research.

Oranta demonstrated its general leadership in 14 regions of Ukraine, mostly the western and central areas of the country where the property insurance is in the greatest demand. The residents of the areas most prone to the natural disasters are more likely to entrust their property risks to the insurance company. In its turn, Oranta constantly justifies this trust by completely fulfilling its obligations.

  The high reputation of Oranta is confirmed by the numerous independent ratings, among them the research "The most respected companies in Ukraine - 2010" conducted by the Reputation Capital International. According to this research Oranta was named among those companies enjoying the highest level of the trust of the Ukrainian citizens. Additionally, for the fifth consecutive year Oranta is awarded the first place in two nominations of the International Festival-Competition "Choice of the Year," namely: "The Motor insurance company of the year" and "The Property Insurance company of the year." In 2010 for the first time Oranta also became a leader in the third category - "The Health Insurance company of the year."

 "Today the Ukrainian insurers are well educated. However, it often happens that a client chooses an insurance company based only on the cost of the proposed insurance services. I want to stress that the low price does not always show the quality of the insurance services. The product of an insurance company is a promise, so the client needs to research what constitutes a company they intend to cast their risks, does it have a stable financial performance, is it public and transparent,"- commented on the high rating position of Oranta the Chairman of its supervisory board, Mr. Oleg SPILKA.
