OREANDA-NEWS. January 12, 2011. Amendments in Prospectuses of investment funds AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund, AB.LV Global ETF Bond Fund, and AB.LV High Yield CIS Bond Fund became effective.

The following amendments became effective:

Due to changes in AB.LV Asset Management board, respective amendments have been made in the “Fund Management” section of the investment funds’ prospectuses.

Clause 2.1 of AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund and AB.LV High Yield CIS Bond Fund prospectuses has been corrected to state that the fund manager takes tactical investment decisions in accordance with the Fund’s Regulations and considering the decisions made and limits set by the Investment Committee.

From 17 January 2011, amendments in Fund Regulations of AB.LV Emerging Markets Bond Fund, AB.LV Global ETF Bond Fund, and AB.LV High Yield CIS Bond Fund become effective, providing for frequency of convening the Investment Committee. According to the Funds’ Regulations, meetings of the Investment Committee shall be convened at least once a month.
