Nordea Apologizes to Customers
OREANDA-NEWS. January 12, 2011. Nordea Bank apologises to customers who encountered difficulties yesterday when using ATMs. A temporary technical problem occurred, the bank took fast steps to remedy it, and at 19.50, all ATMs became fully functional again. Assistance was available for customers through our customer support hotlines 1772 and 1773 and during the disruption all cash withdrawals at our full-service branch offices were free of charge as an exception.
We would like to apologise once again to all customers who experienced inconvenience due to the disruption.
