Renova Secures 2 bln Swiss Franc Loan
OREANDA-NEWS. January 12, 2011. Russian billionaire Viktor Vekselberg's Renova investment company said on Tuesday it received a 2 billion Swiss franc (USD 2.07 billion) syndicated loan to refinance debt and fund corporate activities.
The funds will be distributed in four tranches by the banks in the syndicate, which include Credit Suisse, ING Bank, Natixis, Raiffeisen Bank International, Sberbank and UniCredit Bank Austria.
Renova holds stake in a range of key Russian companies such as oil producer TNK-BP and aluminium smelter UC RUSAL.
