OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2011. Following the results of 2010, the total corporate governance score of JSC NC “KazMunayGas” has been revised to GAMMA 4plus.

The changes relate to the third component "Transparency, Disclosure, Audit and Risks” and the fourth one “Board Efficiency, Strategic Process and Remuneration System”.

An increase from 4plus to 5 has taken place with respect to the second component "Shareholders' Rights".

Striving towards maintaining its investment appeal, JSC NC “KazMunayGas” takes necessary measures to improve corporate governance as per the requirements of the rating agency.
