30 December 2010, Board of Directors of the IDGC North-West would consider the question of establishing a 100% subsidiary “Energoservice North-West."

Board of Directors will nominate candidates for the position of General Director, members of the Board of Directors and the Audit Commission of “Energoservice North-West." The company is being established to conduct energy audits , the implementation of technical work on creating systems of accounting of electricity consumption and improve their efficiency and energy conservation measures.

The main activities of Energoservice North-West will be: - Development of techniques for energy audits - Organizing and conducting energy audits, including pre-launch (preoperational), primary, periodic (repeated), the extraordinary, the local express survey, as well as other activities; - Assessment and reduction of losses of energy in energy supply systems of residential buildings (including multifamily), cottage and garden houses, industrial enterprises and budget organizations - Implementation of design and construction works in the sphere of electricity, hot and cold water metering; - Designing, assembling and adjusting metering of heat, gas, and process equipment; - Conducting a survey of power facilities; - Activities in the frames of energy service contracts.
