OREANDA-NEWS. January 11, 2011. Altai-Koks spent more than 155 million rubles in the first nine months 2010 on the implementation of various social programs.

In part, about 84 million rubles were spent on payments provided for by the collective agreement, and about 24 million went to the acquisition of specialized clothing, shoes, and other means of personal protection, which is nearly twice what was spent last year.

9.4 million rubles were spent on trips to the Bodrost wellness center and the Lesnaya Dal summer health camp for workers and their children. More than 7 million was paid to JSC  Altai-Koks retirees in the form of material assistance and trips to the Bodrost wellness center. About 3 million was directed toward material assistance of employees at the birth of a child and payments to women who are on leave to care for a child of up to three years of age. Around 23 million rubles were given in rewards to retiring employees and employees who had reached a milestone anniversary with the company, as well as to pay for family emergency leave.

More than 6 million rubles were spent on compensating workers for transportation, payments for the Youth program, on factory women’s council events, and on charity.
