OREANDA-NEWS. January 05, 2011. IPAS "Citadele Asset Management” closed-end investment fund "Citadele Baltic High Yield Fund” trading under surveillance.

NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board on its meeting of January 4, 2011 decided to apply surveillance status to IPAS "Citadele Asset Management" closed-end investment fund "Citadele Baltic High Yield Fund” starting from January 5, 2011.

The NASDAQ OMX Riga Listing and Disclosure rules stipulate that NASDAQ OMX Riga may assign Surveillance status to an issuer on the occasions when in the next six months it is planned to perform activities in the result of which the financial instruments of the Issuer would be delisted.

On January 4, 2011 IPAS "Citadele Asset Management" published an announcement in the information distribution system of the Exchange stating that the liquidation process of the closed-end investment fund "Citadele Baltic High Yield Fund” (ISIN LV0000400224) has started.
