OREANDA-NEWS. January 05, 2011. National energy operator of Azerbaijan, Azerenerji OJSC, has announced a 16% rise in revenue from sales of electricity in the country for Jan-Nov 2010.

The operator informs that in November power consumption was 555.1 million kWh against 472.1 million kWh in October and 521.7 million kWh in August. At that, payment of consumed electricity made up 84% of its value (+16.2% against November 2009). For Jan-Nov 2010 total power consumption amounted to 5.735 bn kWh, and the payment reached 88% (+8%). At that, for the first 11 months the payment level made up 93.9% of supplied power.
