OREANDA-NEWS. January 04, 2011. Gomeltransneft Druzhba and Polotsktransneft Druzhba have been reincorporated as joint stock companies.

In line with Decree No 331 of 25 June 2010 as well as the orders of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus, Gomeltransneft Druzhba has been reincorporated into a joint stock company and Novopolotsk oil transportation company Druzhba has been turned into a joint stock company Polotsktransneft Druzhba.

The joint stock companies have been registered with the Single State List of Juridical Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs.
