OREANDA-NEWS. January 4, 2011. Mirax Group is launching a new internet resource for the corporation’s investors investor.mirax.ru intended for exchange of information between the company’s creditors and its management.

On this site, information on restructuring of the corporate securities will be released and financial reports and presentations for the investors will be published. The users will be able to exchange relevant information and communicate with the Corporation’s management in the on-line forum.

“This format will help to make communication between investors and MIRAX GROUP more transparent and clear, which will eventually facilitate the group’s securities restructuring process”, commented on the project’s launch Alexander Lagutin, the Managing Board first deputy chairman for finances.
