OREANDA-NEWS. December 31, 2010. Work on the creation of energy service organizations with the control stake of Holding IDGC operating companies, is provided in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of Holding IDGC.

The seminar for candidates, recommended for the positions of general directors of subsidiaries, took place in " Holding IDGC "The candidates were  engaged in strategic planning of future activities of the companies, identified the key indicators of their work.

Work on the creation of energy service organizations with the control stake of Holding IDGC operating companies,  is provided in accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of Holding IDGC on November 15. This activity is particularly interesting in the context of state energy efficiency policy and trends of the electricity industry development.

Noted that the federal law "On Energy efficiency" gives to the consumers  and  to the energy companies an incentive to reduce energy consumption and efficient use of energy resources. These activities are demanded by the authorities during the preparation and evaluation of municipal and regional programs on energy conservation.

Today's seminar is aimed at attracting of the potential leaders of affiliated  energy service companies  to develop the missions, goals and objectives of energy service activities, as well as to make informed personnel decisions on nominees for the heads of energy service companies ", - said the head of the Directorate for Organizational Development of Holding IDGC Natalia Erpsher.
