Rosatom informed the inauguration ceremony of the radiochemical complex was attended by Russian first chairman of the government Igor Shuvalov, Rosatom director general Sergey Kiriyenko and Ulyanovsk Region governor Sergey Morozov.

The project is implemented in frame of the Russian presidential commission for modernization and technological development of the Russian economy. VA Isotope is the project operator.
