Yenisei Territorial Generating Company (TGC-13) Is Ready for Freeze

The temperature of hot water entering the thermal network is controlled by a daily regime that is dependent on the outside air temperature. So, today the temperature coming from the CHP and the boilers comprises 96°C – 99°C for various CHPs and boilers. This conforms with the temperature graph which is agreed upon with the Administration of Krasnoyarsk.
All company divisions have additional training for operations and technical personnel working in difficult weather conditions. Preventative checks of the main and auxiliary equipment have been carried out on the thermal electric station, the thermal network, thermal points for the stations’ pumps. The emergency crews have been strengthened, additional detours are being used. Special equipment used for preventing and limiting emergencies is ready for use. A sufficient reserve of the operating materials has been provided.
Fuel reserves in the company’s warehouse is sufficient, taking into account the wave of low temperature. Strict supervision is being undertaken for the delivery of fuel to the thermal electric station.
Measures have been taken to prevent accidents with the equipment and the reliable delivery of thermal energy and electricity to consumers.
