OREANDA-NEWS. December 29, 2010. Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organizations adopted resolution No.167 on approval of voluntary reorganization of “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Zabota” JSC, “Insurance Company “ATLANTA-POLICE” JSC by merging with “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Insurance” JSC.

On December 10, 2010 joint meeting of shareholders of “Subsidiary Insurance Company of BTA Bank “BTA Zabota” JSC, “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Insurance” JSC and Insurance Company “ATLANTA-POLICE” JSC adopted decision on approval of assignment deed under which all liabilities under insurance (re-insurance) contracts entered into with voluntary reorganized “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Zabota” JSC and “Insurance Company “ATLANTA-POLICE” JSC have been transferred to “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Insurance” JSC.

Decision on voluntary reorganization of “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Zabota” JSC, “Insurance Company “ATLANTA-POLICE” JSC and “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Insurance” JSC by merging of “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Zabota” JSC and “Insurance Company “ATLANTA-POLICE” JSC with “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Insurance” JSC was adopted on September 21, 2010 at the joint meeting of shareholders of “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Zabota” JSC, “Insurance Company “ATLANTA-POLICE” JSC and “Subsidiary of BTA Bank “BTA Insurance” JSC.
