MEGABANK Summarized Working Results of Its Training Center
OREANDA-NEWS. December 29, 2010. Working group of trainers of the training center of "MEGABANK" summed up the work in 2010, and also addressed issues related to planning and preparing training sessions for bank employees in 2011. The group's meeting was attended by representatives of the German consulting company "IPC GmbH" which advised and trained trainers of the training center of "MEGABANK".
According to the Head of Human Resources Department Zoya Rozumnaya, for 5 months of work the training center the trainers have been prepared, there were trainings for a regional network of specialists who are responsible for opening, maintaining and closing accounts of corporate clients, as well as for specialists involved in attracting corporate clients. "Summing up, we can say that we have laid a solid foundation for the successful implementation of a training culture in the bank, designed to improve the skills of our employees. Training is one of the main methods of achieving the bank.'s strategic objectives. "MEGABANK's" management pays much attention to the development of this direction", - underlined Zoya Rozumnaya.
She also noted that the trainers who works in the "MEGABANK" develop and conduct training activities as efficiently as possible, especially because they understand the work of theirs team.
