OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2010. UTair-Finance LLC, a subsidiary of UTair Aviation, paid off its third bond issue with the nominal price of 1,826,291,000 roubles and paid for the last of the eight coupons fulfilling its obligations before the bond holders.

Total amount of income paid for bonds of this issue during its maturity period has amounted to 849,488,660.7 roubles. At the moment UTair-Finance stock bonds of BO-01 and BO-02 series that have been placed in March 2010 with total nominal price of 3 bln roubles are in circulation.

Starting from June 2010, stock bonds of JSC UTair-Finance are circulating in the top level quotation list A1.

UTair Finance LLC is a subsidiary of JSC UTair Aviation that has been established to develop and carry out investment attraction programs for JSC UTair Aviation – its bonds warrantor.
