OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2010. Effective December 29, 2010 quotation of ordinary shares of Tyumen ZYM (RTS Board ticker – tzym) will be resumed on RTS Board, due to state registration of the reports on the results of the securities issues (securities issues’ state registration numbers 1-02-00274-F as of October 21, 2010) that was placed by conversion into shares of the same category (type) with a larger par value. Previously the par value equals one ruble, while new par value equals 1.10 rubles.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1775 securities of 1281 companies are included in RTS Board.
