OREANDA-NEWS. December 28, 2010. The FFMS has prepared a draft decree, which contains a list of items that is to be regarded as insider information. These include data about the convening and holding of annual general meetings and decisions made by them, information about issuer’s BoDs and their agendas, information about decisions regarding the placement of equity securities, buyback of placed securities by the issuer, the setting up of issuer’s executive board and the premature termination of its authorities.

Additionally, data about the dividend size and payout procedure, execution of related-party transactions, and emergence of an affiliated organization that has substantial significance for the issuer shall also be regarded as insider information, as well as some other data.
