Starting from December 27, 2010 the additional issue of ordinary shares of "ROSBANK" (OJSC JSCB)  (state registration number 10102272B010D as of 27.08.2010) will be admitted to trading on RTS markets in the amount of  497,368,958  shares. The primary and additional issues will be trading under the same ticker (RTS Classica ticker – ROSB, RTS T plus 0 Market ticker – ROSBG). The number of ordinary shares before the change – 746,461,466, after the change – 1,243,830,424.
