OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2010. Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed order № 2287-r for the reorganization of the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies, a state corporation.

In accordance with part 2, article 3 of federal law №211-FZ dated July 27, 2010, On the Reorganization of the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies, the corporation will be transformed into open joint-stock company RUSNANO. Reorganization will be complete and the state corporation will be considered to have ceased operations upon government registration of open joint-stock company RUSNANO.
