Starting from December 23, 2010 the additional issue of ordinary shares of JSC "UAC" (state registration number 11-01-55306-E-006D as of 27.07.2010) will be admitted to trading on RTS markets in the amount of 14,027,554,493  shares. The primary and additional issues will be trading under the same ticker (RTS Classica ticker – UNAC, RTS T+0 Market ticker – UNACG). The number of ordinary shares before the change – 174,605,358,105, after the change – 188,632,912,598.
