Razguliay to Give up Grain Trading
OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2010. Razguliay Group is to give up the grain trading business, company management said in a phone-conference on December 23.
Razguliay studied into the trading experience of the world’s leading grain companies and took a decision to give it up, as trading operations have low margin-yielding power, the company CEO, Victor Sukhinov said. “Of course, we will not quit the trading business altogether, as we have to sell our own crops”, he noted.
“We cannot do everything. We have decided to focus on only those activities that will improve our efficiency and boost profits, namely, processing of agriculture goods and measures to boost the company’s agricultural productivity”, Razguliay board chairman, Rustem Mirgalimov said.
