Bank of Moscow Introduces Interactive Self-Service Areas
OREANDA-NEWS. December 24, 2010. The Bank of Moscow announces introduction of the interactive self-service areas. Initially, the pilot project to introduce the interactive self-service areas was implemented in several Moscow branches of the Bank of Mosow, such as, Gagarinskoye, Danilovskoye, Leningradskoye, Polyanka, Zapadnoye, Sadovo-Triumfalnoye, Ryazansky Prospekt, Sokolnicheskoye, Taganskoye and Tikhvinskoye.
The interactive self-service areas contemplate a possibility for the clients to work with the Bank’s information resources independently, and are equipped with computers, which provide the Bank’s clients with an access to the following functions:
• an access to the official site of the Bank of Moscow;
• a possibility to fill in a online questionnaire for the loan on the Internet-site of the Bank;
• an access to the Web-banking system for the operations, which do not have to be confirmed by the electronic digital signature.
"Currently the Bank of Moscow pays much attention to the projects focused on the use of the innovation technologies and solutions for the client service and promotion of the bank services. Introducing the interactive self-service areas we expand our remote service, — Stanislav Stanek, Head of the Retail Banking of the Bank of Moscow, commented, — We keep up with the times making the Bank really accessible and open. Our clients can be sure that the Bank of Moscow can offer financial solutions for all occasions, and a part of operations in the Bank may be performed without the account manager".
