December 23, 2010. “SIBUR” LLC has received notification that the company “Miracle” (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) has acquired the rights to a 50% stake in the SIBUR Holding, which it obtained from OJSC Gazprombank. 25% of these shares were acquired by a 100% subsidiary company of the Buyer on December 23, 2010, while the other 25% will be re-registered in the name of the Buyer once the required permission has been obtained from the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (FAS).

Control over the Buyer shall be effected by L.V. Mikhelson.
