OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2010. CJSC Central Consolidated Registrar, member of VTB Group, has been renamed CJSC VTB Registrar, reported the press-centre of VTB.

The decision to rename the company was made in accordance with the VTB Group Corporate Governance Framework operating within the Strategic Holding Model. Under the Framework, every company of the Group must use the same single brand.

The registrar was renamed to benefit from synergetic advantages of VTB Group.

VTB Registrar is planning to improve its KPI, increase its market share, upgrade the system for recording rights to securities, which will ultimately encourage VTB Group’s capitalization growth.
