OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2010. ZAO Raiffeisenbank and VTB Bank (Austria) AG ("Mandated Lead Arrangers") are pleased to announce the successful closing of syndication of USD 200,000,000 Syndicated Revolving Facility ("Facility") for JSC "Antipinsky Refinery" located in Tyumen Region of Russia. In the process of syndication Gazprombank and Bank GLOBEX joined the Facility as Lead Arrangers, Banca Intesa as an Arranger. ZAO Raiffeisenbank Russia is the Facility Agent, reported the press-centre of Raiffeisenbank.

The Facility is structured as a revolving facility maturing in December 2011.

The purpose of the Facility is the financing of purchases of additional volumes of crude oil following the launch in May 2010 of an additional processing capacity at the refinery.
