OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2010. Andrey A. Alyakin has been appointed Deputy Chairman and member of the Management Board of Russian Agricultural Bank, reported the press-centre of Russian Agricultural Bank. 

As Deputy Chairman Andrey Alyakin assumed responsibilities for management of operational units of the Bank.

Since 1991 Andrey Alyakin has occupied management positions in the Moscow Central Territorial Administration of the Bank of Russia.

Andrey Alyakin is Doctor of Economics, Professor.
