OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2010. The Professional Association of Registrars and Depositories (PARD) in place of committee legislation created the legal committee, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

To the composition of the newly formed committee a representative of PJSC "MEGABANK" Head of the Depositary bank's activities Igor Slukin was elected.

According to I. Slukin, the basic functions of the legal committee of PARD is to initiate changes in existing legal documents relating to the stock market, to develop draft amendments, to submit project proposals for legal instruments on purpose to improve the existing legislation.
