OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2010. The RBC Rating Agency put Sviaz-Bank in 21st place among the top 500 banks in net assets it had on October 1, 2010, in particular, 193.9 billion rubles, or 4.35% more than it had on the same date last year, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The Bank’s loan portfolio of 58.2 billion rubles built up over nine months of this year placed it 32nd among the top 500 banks in loan portfolio size on October 1, 2010, or an almost 70% growth since October 1 of last year, propelling the Bank 12 notches up.

In the Agency’s estimates, Sviaz-Bank was 24th among the top 500 banks in the amount of loans made to legal entities up to October 1, 2010 – the Bank had given 55.3 billion rubles to borrowers in this category, or 78% more than it did over the same period of last year.
