OREANDA-NEWS. December 23, 2010. Total amount of credit investments to Azerbaijani economy made 9065,2 million manta, reported the press-centre of CBA.

As compared with the same period of last year this indicator increased by 13,8%. 454,0 million manat (5%) of credit investments fell to the share of past-due loans. 29,3% of the credits or 2655,8 million manat were granted into home industry. The volume of credits directed at trade and services equaled to 2183,8 million manat (24,1%). 464,1 million manat (5,1%) fell to the share of transport and communication, 662,9 million manat (7,3%) to the share of industry and production.

1036,3 million manat or 11,4% were granted to energy, chemistry and national resources, 442,4 million manat or 4,9% to the agriculture and processing, 620,6 million manat (6,8%) to construction and property, 47,9 million manat or 0,5% directed to other spheres.
As of 1 November 2010 2516,9 million manat (27,8%) of loans were short-term loans, 6548,3 million manat (72,2%) long-term loans.

Loans invested into economy by the state bank equaled to 3938,5 million manat (43,4%), by private banks 4935,1 million manat (54,5%), by non-bank credit institutions to 191,6 million manat (2,1%).

5680,5 million manat or 62,7% of credits were issued in national currency, 3384,8 million manat or 37,3% in foreign currency.
