Bank Forum Commerzbank Group Launches Free Internet Banking
OREANDA-NEWS. December 21, 2010. Bank Forum Commerzbank Group announces launch of Internet banking – a new service channel that allows the bank’s clients manage their current, card, deposit and loan accounts in real time, reported the press-centre of Bank Forum.
The main advantages of Bank Forum’s Internet banking are: absolute absence of any tariffs for connection and use; innovational interface; and the unique function of financial advisor which helps the user plan income and expenses, informs about forthcoming payments, gives individual recommendations on cash flow optimization and personal financial strategy, etc.
Bank Forum’s Internet banking has a high level of safety and at the same time it is easy to use. The user’s cash is safely secured by a system of one-shot SMS passwords that confirm every financial operation.
“Charging Internet banking is like changing clients for entering the bank branch. This is not our strategy. Internet banking of Bank Forum Commerzbank Group doesn’t charge for connection and usage, says Bartosz Brzozowski, Executive Director for development and marketing of individual business of Bank Forum Commerzbank Group. – Why would a client pay for the right to service himself? This should be free for him.”
The system works 24/7 with a traditional range of functions: top-up of current deposits; loan repayment; money transfers both between accounts in Bank Forum and in other banks; payment for utilities, mobile phone, Internet and digital TV, and for any other products and services.
At the first stage of the launch of Internet banking, an adaptation period is set so that the clients may learn how to use the new channel. By connecting now, the bank’s clients can get familiar with the interface and work with a simplified functional of the Internet banking. Starting from Q1 2010, the main functional – internal and external operations – will be activated.
