OREANDA-NEWS. December 20, 2010. The Board of Directors of TGC-1 resolved to approve the conclusion of contract to to maintain Company's shareholders’ registers with CJSC "SR-DRAGa" starting from December 23, 2010.

CJSC "SR-DRAGa" started its operations in 1994 and provides a whole spectrum of shareholder services to its clients. The company holds the license No. 10-000-1-00291 from 26.12.2003.

The contract with the previous registrar was terminated pursuant to BoD decision on October 27, 2010.
