OREANDA-NEWS. December 20, 2010. The President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko visited free economic zone “Minsk”.

The President visited 3 enterprises-residents of FEZ “Minsk”: JV “BAHCO BISSOV”, JLLC “Alumin Techno” and LLC “Alutech Incorporated”, and became acquainted with expositions of some FEZ “Minsk” enterprises-residents such as LLC “Assomedica”, JLLC “Alpha-Kalor”, PUE “ADANI”, JCSC “Beltelecabel”, UE “Belgidravlika”, LLC “LeanGroup” and FLLC “Logistic center “Prilesie”.

After studying modern technological processes of production of import-substituting products and listening the results of activity of free economic zones of the Republic of Belarus, FEZ “Minsk” in particular, Alexander Lukashenko noted efficiency and reasonability of creation of FEZ in the Republic and focused on import-substitution as one of the main directions of economic development of Belarus in the near 5 years.

Note: the List of import-substituting goods for 2008-2010 includes products of 254 positions of product items manufactured by 45 enterprises-residents of FEZ “Minsk”, which are considered to be the only producers of the very products according to the conclusion of the National center for marketing and price studying.
