Citibank Appoints New Citi Russia SME Business Head
OREANDA-NEWS. December 17, 2010. Citibank announced the appointment of Victor Rozhkov as Russia SME Business Head. In this role, he will be responsible for developing commercial banking for Russian entrepreneurs. Victor is taking over the role from Sergey Korotkov who has recently moved to Retail Bank Head role for Russia, reported the press-centre of Citibank.
Victor is rejoining us after his experience with Sberbank of Russia where he was Deputy Chairman of the Board and Head of Corporate Business of the subsidiary bank Sberbank of Russia in Ukraine. Victor started his career with Citi in Moscow in 1997 in Corporate Finance and over his following 12 years with the bank has held various leadership positions in the Investment and Corporate Bank. Most recently Victor was Head of Metals & Mining, Power, Infrastructure and Transport in the Russian Global Banking team in Moscow. Prior to that role Victor was Head of Corporate Bank in Ukraine, and before that, the St. Petersburg Branch Manager.

Victor graduated from Moscow State Technical University, MAMI. He also holds MBA degree from University of Hartford, USA.
