OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2010. The draft law specifies and harmonizes several provisions of the Budget Code of Ukraine due to adoption of the Tax Code of Ukraine. 

The draft law amends the Budget Code of Ukraine in the following aspects:

- changes in the name of several taxes and duties (compulsory charges): the individual income tax; the environmental tax; the excise duty; the charge for the first registration of a motor vehicle; the charge for the special water use; etc.
- abolition of several taxes and duties (compulsory charges), including the charge for exploration works;
- specification of provisions due to invalidation of several legislative acts under the Tax Code of Ukraine.
