Danabank Sells 3,5 mn Common Shares to Punjab National Bank
OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2010. Danabank (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter informed KASE "of selling 3,500,000 (three million five hundred thousand) common voting shares of the Bank to Punjab National Bank, which makes up 63.64% of all outstanding shares of the Bank, reported the press-centre of KASE.
As a result of that deal, the Bank's authorized capital made up KZT5,500,000,000 (five billion five hundred million)".
