OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2010. Upon the decision of the Council of AS “Latvijas Krajbanka”(JSC), Martins Zalans shall be elected to the Board of AS “Latvijas Krajbanka” for the three-year term. The new Board member shall start performing his duties as of 29 December 2010, reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

15.10.2007 – present AS “Latvijas Krajbanka”, Vice-president (international and financial law);

07.09.2009 – 18.02.2010 AS “Latvijas Krajbanka”, acting Head of Legal Division;

16.09.2008 – present AAS “LKB Life”, Council member;

On 31.01.2008 – admitted to the Latvian Bar Association as the Attorney at Law;

10.11.2010. – present SIA “LKB M&A”, Board member.
