OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2010. Center for the Securities Market registered 6th emission of ordinary nominal shares by Samarkand open joint-stock commercial bank.

The volume of emission comprised 8.9 billion soums, the number of shares made up 177,595 at the price of 50,000 soums per share.

To be noted the emission is aimed to increase the bank's charter fund in accordance with the legislation and strengthening bank's resource base.
