OREANDA-NEWS. December 16, 2010. JSC "Polymetal" (LSE, MICEX, RTS: PMTL) ("Polymetal" or the "Company") announces that the acquisition of PD RUS LLC, a company holding the exploration and mining license for Svetloye gold deposit ("Svetloye") (the "Transaction") has been completed, reported the press-centre of Polymetal.
