OREANDA-NEWS. December 15, 2010. In accordance with the Decree of President of the Republic of Tatarstan, a group of managers and professionals of TATNEFT has been awarded the State Prize in 2010 in the field of science and technology, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The State Prize of the Republic of Tatarstan for the work "Research and industrial implementation of technological solutions to improve the reliability of in-field oil transportation" has been awarded to:

Marat I. Amerkhanov, Ph.D., Head of Laboratory, enhanced oil recovery of the water-flooded formations, Tatar Scientific Research and Design Institute of Petroleum (TatNIPIneft) Bugulma, Project Manager;

Rais A. Akhmetshin, Chief Engineer - First Deputy Head of Jalilneft Oil and Gas Production Board of TATNEFT, Jalil of Sarmanovo region;

Andrey N. Beregovoy, Deputy Director on Design - Chief Engineer, Tatar Scientific Research and Design Institute of Petroleum (TatNIPIneft), Bugulma;

Sergey N. Gritsishin, Manager of Technical Department of TATNEFT, Almetyevsk;

Vladimir N. Zinoviev, Deputy General Director for Capital Construction of TATNEFT, Almetyevsk (posthumously);

Sergey V. Lubetsky, Deputy Head for Workover and Construction of Oil and Gas Wells, Leninogorskneft Oil and Gas Production Board of TATNEFT, Leninogorsk;

Rustem B.Fattakhov, Ph.D., Head of the Laboratory, in-field communication systems and reservoir pressure maintenance, Tatar Scientific Research and Design Institute of Petroleum (TatNIPIneft), Bugulma;

Farid Sh. Shakirov, Head of Laboratory, equipment and technology of corrosion protection, Tatar Scientific Research and Design Institute of Petroleum (TatNIPIneft), Bugulma.

This prize is awarded annually for significant contribution to the development of human, natural and engineering sciences, development and implementation of fundamentally new technologies, outstanding operating results obtained through introduction of science and technology achievements.
