OREANDA-NEWS. December 14, 2010. Effective December 15, 2010 quotation of ordinary shares of OJSC "Mordovcement"  (RTS Board ticker – mdcm) will be resumed on RTS Board, due to state registration of the reports on the results of the securities issues (securities issues’ state registration numbers 1-02-55761-D as of September 10, 2010) that was placed by conversion into shares of the same category (type) with a larger par value. Previously the par value equals one ruble, while new par value equals 500 rubles.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1776 securities of 1282 companies are included in RTS Board.
